Cancellations:
All sales are final. We’re sorry but we don’t provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase the next day. Please make sure you want your items before you purchase them.
Returns:
Returns are applicable only if the customer/representative refuses the order item at the time of delivery. No return requests will be entertained once the customer/representative accepts the order delivery.
The refund will be in the form of credit of your order refund value.
If you want to return the item/items, you must not accept the delivery of that item/s and give it back to the delivery person.
Also while signing the delivery document mention the return item name and quantity.
Our delivery person will submit those documents at garden center. Our executive will examine the case and contact you know about the further process. We will only process your request of refund after we personally examine the product here at our center and only if we find the product/package unused and its original condition. We hold the right to refuse the refund if any of the above conditions are not followed .
To complete your return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be given a credit of the approved amount.
FOR all customers, A credit of approved amount will be given to their www.bloomingsgarden.com account. They can use it for other purchases from the website.
