Grow Methi and Coriander at home in a small space, even in a small pot!

Try to grow vegetables that can be easily grown at home

There are many pots in your house. Sometimes in the gallery, sometimes in the window grill, sometimes with the ornamental trees hanging above. Now these pots contain flowers and some other plants. But what if you planted some simple vegetables at home that would be useful in the kitchen?

Even if you live in the city, you can enjoy eating your hand-cooked vegetables and fresh vegetables picked from the pot will be easily available. The special thing is that you don’t have to work hard for it. If you have fresh green coriander chopped on a hot poha or a vegetable, the taste will increase.

Growing Methi @ home

Methi leaves and stalks are used for vegetables while seeds are used in spices and pickles. Methi is rich in Vitamins A, B and C as well as Protein, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Potassium and Iron. Although Methi is bitter in taste, it has various medicinal properties. Methi is digestive and is used to increase the efficiency of liver and spleen. Therefore, Methi should be eaten regularly to keep the digestion smooth.

1. If Methi seeds are planted in a pot, we think that the seedlings will grow. But that is not the case. Or it may take a long time.

4. Sow Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) in pots or pans. Since Methi takes up a lot of space, it should be spread or shallow.

5. Methi generally requires cool weather, proper sunlight and humidity. This type of Methi crop is easily available in Maharashtra.

6. Since Methi takes a long time to fully grow, there is no need to be frustrated as to why it is not harvested in a hurry. Methi is fully grown in 35 to 40 days.
