Artichoke Seeds

Commonly known as the globe artichoke or the French artichoke, is a variety of thistle cultivated and consumed as food. The edible protion of the plant is the heart of the flower bud before it blooms and is called the heart of the artichoke. A dlicacy in the culinary worls and not so common, artichokes love well-draining soil and full sun.
